I ordered as the guy was reading it back he is erasing items and speaking so fast you cant understand them. It doesn’t matter if you place your order or online it is always messed up. You s e the employees always playing inside. I am in the restaurant industry too and if we kept messing up we would be without a job. Come on Sonic do better.
Our onion rings were so tough we could not chew them. They tasted as if they had been cooked earlier then thrown back in the fryer and served to us.
#3 UPDATE: Guess what?! You can now once again use the Sonic card in the app! We also were able to recover our "lost" card balances. Thanks for making that happen, Sonic!!😁

WHAT...you can no longer use a Sonic gift card in the app??!!
We made the mistake of loading cards in the app and discarding them. Unfortunately, the cards are no longer listed in our account. I hope to recover what we've lost by contacting customer service. A little notice of such a major change would have been nice and reasonable.

Only downfall this visit was that the $2.99- 2 corndogs and tots special wasn't on the app. Had to place a second order to take advantage of that offer. Moreover, you have to wait to place the order at the stall if you've already checked in since you can't place an order physically at the stall you've checked in for your on line order....🤔😒

This franchisement branch in Liberal, Ks. Is truly excellent love the service only when shift managers Drea Stebens and Kylie Putz are working the store manager jennifer does absolutely nothing but standing around while she is there and truly not a team player
Ordered and received our food and drinks in a timely manner. Our carhop was courteous and prompt. Drinks and food were good. Everything we expected. I also like that they offer sugarfree drink options.
I would like to say that I am very disappointed in how my drinks have been coming out lately. I am tired of my drinks spilling on me when the employees overfill the cups? Also how are you going to charge someone for sauce’s I’ve never been to a sonic that you have to pay for sauce’s on the app when they are supposed to come with it? Also coming with one single napkin is not cool either. Most fast food places will put 3 or so in a bag but not here at sonic they don’t.
This sonic has went down hill the white manager is a very rude n disrespectful manager went and ordered a strawberry shortcake snowball float slush and didn’t get what I ordered asked ain’t it suppose to be what was advertised and she got really rude saying don’t expect me to fix it every time because sonic don’t care I highly recommend sonic checking into their managers before promoting or hiring them
